Cancellation Policy
We understand that from time to time you won’t be able to make your appointment. If this is the case please give 24 hours notice so that your space can be filled. Failure to give notice will results in 25% fee being added to your next appointment as we are continuously having to turn away business.
Descriptions and Product Information
All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. All photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website and any descriptions, photos or illustrations are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard. All prices are subject to change, are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT at 23% where applicable. All sale prices quoted are valid only while stocks last.
Purchasing Products
Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section on the product pages.
We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. Offers are subject to Terms & Conditions. If we email an offer this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
You may cancel an order with us any time prior to dispatch.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will grant you a full refund excluding posting costs.
Discount Codes: (Refers to all discount codes used for Promotions, Influencer Codes, Customer Codes etc.)
Please note that discounts apply to full priced items only so some exclusions will apply. Discount codes to not apply to all products and brand, some exclusions will apply. Discount codes are disabled during a sale period but will be enabled once the sale ends. Most discounts can only be used once per customer. Other terms and conditions may apply depending on the promotion.
Delivery during Sale Period:
Please note that due to the large volume of orders during a sale period and the current restrictions, your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you. I work around the clock to fulfill orders as quick as possible. I appreciate your understanding.

Instore: We also except cash and laser
Order Dispatch
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 11am and 12pm Orders Placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be sent out same day. Orders placed after 11am will be sent out next working day. Orders placed over the weekend are sent at 11am on Monday, or Tuesday at 11am if it was a bank holiday weekend.
Please Note: Good Friday and Cyber Monday please allow an extra day for shipping.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat Rate of ONLY €6.00 unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is.
Shipping & Return Policy
In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at The Hair Salon in writing or via email within 7 days info@thehairsalon.ie
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorization from The Hair Salon please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorization being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
We charge €5.00 delivery charge on all orders no matter how big or small the order is.
Out of Stock Items
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled and how soon we can get it to you
