The Hair Salon is located in the Heart of Cobh.
Owned and run by Caroline Bell a Cobh native, a wife, a mother, a full time stylist, a Wella Master Colour Expert, running a busy salon and in her spare time delivers education for The Wella Company to other stylists and stylists in training! Caroline has also had the opportunity to work in Wellas research and development facility in Darmstadt, Germany as a consultant on the development of a new product line within the Wella port folio!
Her passion for the industry, creative mind and belief in supporting small local business is what drives her every day.
Meeting people, building relationships with people and going on hair journeys with people whether that’s a journey to the perfect colour or finding the perfect home care regime to maintain and manage your hair type be it on the salon floor or through her very active Instagram page wherever you meet her your hair will be her passion!
We at The Hair Salon are well known for our colour correction services and expert cutting skills.
Shane Coleman
A Limerick man in Cobh! Over 10 years in the industry, Shane trained in Limerick with the Hugh Campbell Group a much respected and looked up to Salon group in the hair community. It was here Shane found his passion for the scissors and chose to specialise specifically in the art of cutting hair. With many courses under his belt over his many years namely in the Sassoon Acadamy and this really comes through in his classic cuts with sharp lines but appear to fall effortlessly into shape. Working with hairs natural fall and shine is the basis of all Shanes hair cuts.
Michelle Louth
Michelle started out at a young age working with Caroline on Saturdays and moved on to carve out a great career for herself. Michelle went onto to train in the Peter Mark group and from there found herself running a busy salon outside Cobh for 8 years. Having went full circle we were delighted to welcome Michelle to the team back where she started but with many years and experience under her belt! Michelle’s passion for hair lies in the art of hi-lighting hair working with hairs natural highs and lows she creates stunning blonde creations.
Sinead
After starting out at hairdressing at a young age Sinead put her career on hold to raise a family! In recent years she found time on her hands to get back to what she loved! Having completed an introduction course with Caroline she completed her work experience in The Hair Salon and became a valued member of the team!
