• Can I amend or add to an order if it has already been placed?
    We will do our very best to make any required changes to your order but if it has already been dispatched this may not always be possible.
  • Do you ship outside The Republic of Ireland?
    Right now we are only delivering to Republic of Ireland. 
  • Can I use my physical Gift Card on the website?
  • Right now our website isn’t compatible with our  gift cards. If you have a physical gift card please contact us 0214855866 and we will complete your purchase over the phone for you. 
  • Is there Free Shipping available on the website?
    Free shipping comes up time to time on special offer. Our normal shipping rate is €6.00 all over Ireland. 

  • If I order the wrong product how can I return it?
    If you order the wrong product or you change your mind, we offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or used or any security seals broken.                                        
  • Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorization from The Hair Salon, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive. If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorization being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.
    If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available. If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued.In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to info@thehairsalon.ie
  • How can I track my order?
    Right now all orders are dispatched with An Post track and trace, We are looking at a more efficient way of processing orders at the moment to include confirmation email with tracking details. Please bare with us while we iron out all these issues as right now its a one woman show!! I am trying my best!

  • Can I place an order over the phone?
    If you wish to place an order over the phone you can call us on 0214855866 or during very busy periods  email us at info@thehairsalon.ie  with your phone number and the list of products you wish to order and we can call you back to place your order.

    What if an item is not available?

    We will make every effort to ensure that all orders are fulfilled, however we cannot guarantee the availability of all products. In the event of a product being unavailable you will be contacted.
